Data Analytics Technical Operations Intern at Eulerity

Intern analyzes campaign performance data, builds Excel models, and diagnoses underperforming ads across enterprise client portfolios using SQL and spreadsheet analysis.

Junior Posted 19 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform. Our software runs paid advertising, social, listings, reputation, and call tracking for thousands of locations across enterprise franchises and SMB networks, executing autonomously across Google, Meta, Apple, and Microsoft. The Technical Operations team is the analytical engine that keeps that execution sharp.

We are hiring an intern to sit with this team for the summer.

Who we are looking for

This is not a marketing internship. We are looking for someone who is genuinely analytical. The kind of person who opens a messy dataset and gets curious instead of overwhelmed. Who enjoys figuring out why a number moved. Who can read a chunk of SQL or Python and follow what it does, even if they would not write it from scratch. Who would otherwise be heading toward an analyst seat at a consulting firm or a product role at a startup.

If you love spreadsheets, you will feel at home here. If you have ever built a model in Excel just to understand something better, even more so.

What you will actually do

You will work directly with our Technical Account Management and Analytics teams on the parts of campaign management that require thinking, not clicking. That includes:

  • Diagnosing why specific campaigns are underperforming and proposing fixes grounded in the data.
  • Building and refining Excel and Sheets models that our account teams use to make decisions.
  • Auditing campaigns at scale, often across hundreds of locations for a single brand, and surfacing patterns no one else has noticed.
  • Pulling, cleaning, and analyzing performance data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and our internal platform.
  • Helping operationalize new analytical workflows, including ones we are building on top of AI tooling.
  • Contributing to internal projects that make our team faster and smarter.

You will not be writing ad copy or designing creative. You will be doing the analytical work that makes the campaigns actually perform.

What we want from you

  • Current student or recent graduate, ideally with coursework in something quantitative. Economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, math, finance, or similar. A traditional marketing background is not what we are looking for here.
  • Strong Excel chops. Comfort with pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and building models from scratch.
  • Basic code literacy. You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be able to read SQL, Python, or JavaScript and roughly understand what it is doing.
  • Comfort with AI tools as a daily part of how you work. We expect everyone here to use them aggressively and intelligently, and you should be the kind of person who already does.
  • Sharp written communication. You can take a messy analysis and explain the takeaway in three sentences.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed. You catch things other people miss and you do not need to be told twice.

Logistics

  • Summer 2026, with potential to extend based on performance.
  • Hybrid out of our NYC office, 3 to 4 days per week in person.
  • Minimum 20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
  • $16 to $18 per hour.
  • Lunch credits and unlimited snacks when in-office.
  • Direct mentorship from senior operators on our team.

What this role involves

About Profound Research

Profound Research partners with community physicians to offer clinical trials as a therapeutic option for their patients. We handle all infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and administrative operations so physicians can focus on patient care. Our model gives patients access to the newest therapies while maintaining the trusted patient-physician relationship.

Our Mission: Improving lives by providing advanced therapeutic options

Our Vision: Creating the absolute best patient-physician experience in clinical research

Our Values:

  • Compassion: We prioritize the patient-physician relationship, ensuring every interaction is service-oriented and patient-centered

  • Urgency: We work hard and practice selflessness, acting swiftly and decisively to meet the needs of our patients, partners, and colleagues

  • Solution Orientation: We embrace challenges with a positive mindset, communicate directly, and identify and implement effective solutions with efficiency

  • Excellence: We insist on excellence, holding ourselves accountable and empowering each other to deliver best-in-class service while maintaining the highest ethical and scientific standards

Why This Role Exists

Clinical trials generate enormous volumes of data – and the integrity of that data is what makes research meaningful. Every data point entered accurately and on time moves a study closer to the answers that matter: for sponsors, for science, and ultimately for patients.

The Data Entry Coordinator exists to ensure that data integrity never becomes a bottleneck. Working remotely and in close partnership with on-site clinical research staff, this role is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps data flowing cleanly across studies. From entering source documents into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems to resolving queries and supporting database lock activities, the Data Entry Coordinator holds a critical thread in Profound’s research operations â€“ one that directly enables high-quality, audit-ready trial data across our growing network of sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter clinical trial data into EDC systems accurately and on time, in accordance with study protocols and sponsor requirements – turnaround time and accuracy are the benchmarks that matter most in this role

  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry

  • Perform routine data quality checks; identify and resolve discrepancies and data queries promptly to keep studies on track

  • Partner with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and investigators to clarify missing or inconsistent data, and assist with query resolution from sponsors, monitors, and data management teams

  • Track data entry timelines across multiple concurrent studies and sites

  • Support database lock activities, ensuring all data is complete and clean ahead of deadlines

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in compliance with GCP, FDA, and HIPAA standards

  • Generate basic reports on data status, query metrics, and site performance as needed

  • Participate in study start-up activities, including EDC system training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable

What We’re Looking For

You have a sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for errors. You’re organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing track of what matters. You understand that in clinical research, accurate data isn’t just a deliverable – it’s the foundation everything else is built on, and you take that seriously.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines simultaneously

  • Familiarity with clinical research processes, terminology, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

Preferred:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field

  • Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, REDCap, or Oracle InForm

  • Prior experience in a multi-site research network or site management organization (SMO)

  • Exposure to regulatory requirements, audit processes, and data cleaning workflows

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, clinical research, or healthcare data management

\n

\n

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This role is primarily performed in a remote/office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, working on a computer, and participating in virtual meetings

Requires the ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms and to read and interpret detailed materials

Minimal travel to company sites, meetings, or partner locations may be required, including the ability to navigate office/clinical environments and transport typical work materials

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role

Why Join Profound Research?

Meaningful Impact:

Every role at Profound contributes to advancing medical knowledge and expanding therapeutic options for patients – the work we do here matters.

Professional Growth:

We invest in our people through comprehensive training, certification support, and ongoing education to help you grow in your role and your career.

Leadership & Advancement:

Profound is a place where initiative is recognized. We actively support internal growth and create pathways for people to take on greater responsibility over time.

You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about clinical research and committed to doing it well.

Full Benefits Package:

Data Analytics Consumer Operations Data Analyst Intern at Blockchain.com

Builds Python automation scripts and dashboards while conducting operational data analyses to support customer support, fraud detection, and risk management functions.

Junior Posted 26 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.

We are looking for a Consumer Operations Data Analyst Intern to join our Customer Operations department for a final-year internship. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering and operational analytics, supporting a team that ensures a seamless and secure experience for Blockchain.com users worldwide, across customer support, fraud detection, and risk management.

You will own a mix of hands-on automation work and analytical output: building the scripts and pipelines that reduce manual effort for the Operations team, while producing the dashboards and insights that inform day-to-day decisions.

You will work closely with the Trust & Safety Manager and collaborate across Customer Support, Fraud, and Risk functions. The work is cross-functional; what you build and what you surface from the data directly shapes how operational teams prioritize and respond to issues.

This role suits someone equally comfortable writing Python as pulling insights from a database and presenting a clear recommendation. You take a problem from diagnosis to solution without needing significant hand-holding, and you stay curious enough about the operational context to ask the right questions before you start building.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain Python scripts that automate repetitive manual tasks across Customer Support, Fraud, and Trust & Safety operations
  • Design and deploy workflow automation pipelines, ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability from the outset
  • Monitor deployed automations proactively, identifying and resolving failures before they impact operations
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses on operational metrics, including anomaly detection, resolution time trends, and fraud rate patterns
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give the Operations team real-time visibility into key performance indicators
  • Set up alerting systems that surface operational issues before they escalate into user-impacting incidents
  • Translate complex data outputs into concise, actionable recommendations that non-technical colleagues can act on
  • Partner with the Trust & Safety Manager to scope and prioritize data projects based on operational impact
  • Document automation workflows and analytical methodologies to support knowledge transfer within the team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school, computer science program, or equivalent with a specialization in Data, Computer Science, or Statistics, and seeking a final-year internship (stage de fin d’études)
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries against large operational datasets
  • Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience using it for data manipulation, scripting, and automation
  • Able to take a project end-to-end: from scoping the problem to building, monitoring, and documenting the solution
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a genuine focus on root cause analysis rather than surface-level reporting
  • Fluent in English, the primary working language in an international environment; French fluency is also required
  • Experience with API integrations or workflow automation platforms (such as n8n, Make, or Zapier) is a plus
  • Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or the Web3 ecosystem is a plus

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it.
  • Unlimited books policy; order the technical resources you need or simply pick something up from our company library.
  • Apple equipment.
  • Learning and development opportunities in other areas than AML in the future.
  • Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company.
  • Role based in our Paris office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week
  • Work from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.

Blockchain is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other characteristic protected by law. This policy applies to all employment practices within our organization, including hiring, recruiting, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, leave of absence, and apprenticeship. Blockchain makes hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs at the time.

You may contact our Data Protection Officer by email at dpo@blockchain.com. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing Controller’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Such processing is legally permissible under Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016⁄679 (General Data Protection Regulation) as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, which are the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment.
