This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious B2B marketer with 4+ years of experience to step into a broad, hands-on role during a period of maternity leave. You’ll execute key B2B marketing initiatives with support from performance, content and leadership teams.

We need someone who can execute the strategy confidently, respond quickly when market conditions shift, and take real accountability for results. You’ll receive a full handover from the current B2B Marketing Manager before they go on leave.

What You’ll Do

Strategy Execution

  • Execute the B2B marketing strategy in the US, UK and France.
  • Monitor market trends and be ready to adapt campaigns and tactics quickly in response to changing conditions or commercial challenges.
  • Develop a solid understanding of Adzuna’s ICP and ensure all activity is aligned to buyer needs and behaviours.

Lead Generation & Pipeline

  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital, email and content channels.
  • Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) activity targeting key accounts and high-priority prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand pipeline needs and ensure marketing is supporting the funnel at every stage.
  • Manage post-campaign lead follow-up and track all marketing-generated leads through HubSpot.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimise B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot data.
  • Make data-informed decisions to improve performance and demonstrate contribution to pipeline.

Content & Creative

  • Oversee the production of ad creatives, and write engaging ad copy
  • Assist with the copywriting of long-form content (e.g. blog posts, case studies, email campaigns) aligned to the ICP.
  • Draw on Adzuna’s unique labour market data to produce compelling B2B content.
  • Manage and grow Adzuna’s B2B social presence, primarily LinkedIn.

CRM & Data

  • Own the lead management process in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and reporting.

  • Maintain and grow the prospect database.

  • Produce regular campaign and pipeline reports using HubSpot and Google Sheets / Excel.

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role (in-house or agency).

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Ads, with working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Comfortable working in HubSpot (or a similar CRM) - able to manage campaigns, track leads and pull reports.

  • Able to analyse campaign and CRM data and turn it into clear, actionable insight.

  • Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and data management.

  • Strong copywriting skills - able to write punchy ad copy

  • Ability to produce engaging long-form content in line with our ICP (with support from the wider team)

  • Experience working in a sales-led company with a good understanding of lead generation tactics and the B2B funnel.

  • Proactive and adaptable - someone who can respond well when priorities shift or market conditions change.

  • Comfortable working independently in a lean SME environment.

  • French speaker (desirable)

About the Role

In this role you will help drive communications across several of OpenAI’s most important European markets. You will work across product, B2B, developer, and mainstream communications, helping bring OpenAI’s products and priorities to life for French and Southern Europe audiences.

This role is designed for someone who can combine strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You will help localize global announcements, develop proactive country-specific stories, manage agency workstreams, build media relationships, and support communications around product launches, customer stories, developer initiatives, and broader public understanding of AI.

The role will have a strong business and product communications center of gravity. In practice, many of OpenAI’s product moments need to reach multiple audiences at once: business leaders, developers, policymakers and everyday users. You will help connect those narratives so that our communications in the region are clear, locally relevant, and consistent across audiences.

This role is based in Paris, France. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Support B2B and GTM communications, including enterprise adoption, customer stories, partner announcements, business media, and industry narratives.

  • Drive product communications workstreams across audiences, including enterprise, developer, business, and mainstream user-facing moments.

  • Localize global announcements and campaigns for the French market, ensuring messaging is culturally relevant and grounded in local media context.

  • Proactively identify and tell stories that show how OpenAI’s technologies are being used by businesses, developers, institutions, educators, creators, and people in France and across Southern Europe.

About the role:

The Comms Strategist is a central, autonomous role in the Beauty AI Studio. You’ll move between cultural analysis, strategic direction, and copy execution — using generative AI not just as a production tool, but as a core part of how you think, build, and deliver.

Sales Enablement & MarketingSpecialist, Caravel

Summary: The Caravel Sales Enablement & Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Caravel’s sales and marketing programs, ensuring the GTM team has the materials, resources, and assets needed to support client engagements.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy and the broader marketing team, this role bridges strategy and execution - managing brand assets, supporting NetSuite alliance marketing requirements, and producing and maintaining sales materials that reflect Caravel’s positioning and market focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement & GTM Support

  • Will serve as the primary point of contact for Caravel’s GTM team on all material and asset requests, triaging and prioritizing based on pipeline activity and business impact

  • Produce and maintain a comprehensive library of sales materials including vertical datasheets, pitch decks, proposal templates, and client-facing presentations

  • Customize presentations and materials to support specific client engagements and opportunities, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables

  • Coordinate client reference marketing across the Caravel marketing calendar

  • Proactively identify gaps in the sales material library and work with the Director of Marketing Strategy to address them before they impact the GTM team’s effectiveness

  • Ensure all GTM-facing materials reflect current messaging, positioning, and solution areas across Caravel’s vertical markets

  • Work with the Director of Marketing Strategy to identify GTM activity, wins, and materials that can be integrated into marketing strategiesBrand Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain Caravel’s brand asset library, including logos, templates, imagery, and brand guidelines, ensuring all assets are current, accessible, organized, and properly versioned

NetSuite Alliance & Partner Marketing Execution

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Caravel’s NetSuite co-marketing requirements, including asset submissions, portal management, and compliance with alliance marketing guidelines

  • Track and fulfill NetSuite partner marketing deliverables and deadlines, ensuring Caravel remains in good standing within the alliance programExecute alliance and co-marketing initiatives in alignment with priorities set by the Director of Marketing Strategy, ensuring deliverables meet both partner requirements and Caravel brand standards

  • Support additional technology partner execution as Caravel’s solution portfolio expands

Project & Deliverable Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking within established project management systems, ensuring active initiatives, timelines, and deliverables are visible to the broader team

  • Manage timelines and deliverables across active sales enablement initiatives, keeping the Director of Marketing Strategy informed on progress and potential bottlenecks

  • Support the Director of Marketing Strategy with campaign execution, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives

Expected Outcomes

  • Caravel’s GTM team has what they need, when they need it — with a well-maintained, current, and accessible library of sales materials that reduces time spent searching for or recreating assets

  • Brand consistency is maintained across all Caravel touchpoints, with no off-brand materials reaching clients or prospects

  • NetSuite Alliance and co-marketing requirements are met on time and in full, supporting Caravel’s standing and visibility within the partner ecosystem

  • The Director of Marketing Strategy is freed from execution-level tasks, allowing her to focus on strategy, stakeholder relationships, and campaign direction

  • Sales enablement requests are managed efficiently, with clear timelines and minimal bottlenecks between the GTM team and marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or business

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations (preferably in a professional services, SaaS, or technology environment)

  • Experience producing and maintaining sales materials, including one sheets, pitch decks, and proposal templates

  • Strong command of brand standards, including managing asset libraries and enforcing visual consistency

  • Proficiency in design production tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, or equivalent); comfort working within brand systems managed in Figma

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred)

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, ClickUp, or Monday preferred)

  • Sharp attention to detail across both copy and design, with clear written communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent deliverables with minimal supervision

  • Experience with partner or alliance marketing programs is a plus (NetSuite ecosystem experience is a significant differentiator)

  • Estruturar, executar e otimizar campanhas de CRM focadas em duas frentes principais da unidade de negócio SMB: a aquisição de novos leads e a reativação de clientes.

THE ROLE

TRUFF is rebuilding its brand marketing presence from the ground up, and we want the right creative voice leading the charge. You will work directly with the founders and marketing leadership, owning our social strategy and content across all platforms. You will also be a key part of rebuilding the relationships we have with the creators, food personalities, and chefs who have championed TRUFF over the years and developing new ones. This is a creative leadership role with real ownership and real visibility.

What You'll Own

Social media and content

  • Own TRUFF's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and wherever the brand needs to show up. Strategy, content planning, and day-to-day execution are all yours.
  • Build a content calendar that explores multiple creative angles and real usage occasions across our product lines: Aioli, hot sauces, pasta sauces, and what's coming next.
  • Create original content across formats including short-form video, Reels, long-form YouTube, Stories, and static with a strong sense of what each platform actually rewards
  • Tell TRUFF's story across product launches, flavor drops, the rebrand, and the cultural moments worth showing up for.
  • Develop a visual identity and tone of voice that feels unmistakably TRUFF. Premium, but human.
  • Stay genuinely curious about what's happening on the platforms and in culture, and bring that energy into the work.

Content that converts

  • Turn brand love into brand use by creating content that drives trial, repeat, and everyday usage- Make TRUFF feel like a habit through simple, craveable, usage-led content.

While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, they’re often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.

Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement they’re entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams.

Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. We’re building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.

About the Role

Pivotal's event and conference program has grown fast. We now exhibit at 20-30 industry conferences a year (radiology, emergency medicine, anesthesiology, hospital and health systems) and run our own hosted networking dinners and internal programs on top of that. We've hit the point where executing at the level we want requires someone who owns this function. That's this role.

The Events Marketing Manager will help execute the logistics and coordination infrastructure that makes our event program run. That means conference planning and execution end-to-end, booth setup, staffing schedules, vendor coordination, marketing materials, plus internal team communication and prep, post-event follow-up, cross-functional coordination with sales and leadership, and collateral needs like one-pagers, signage, and digital assets. About 60% of the work is field marketing and events; the rest is broader marketing support across a small, high-output team.

If you want to be a key player in driving business demand through event programs, work directly with leadership, and own things that actually move the business. If you want a clearly scoped, tightly managed role with a lot of hand-holding, this is not the right fit.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own conference logistics end-to-end. Manage full execution from commitment to post-show wrap-up: booth design, staffing, vendor coordination, materials shipping, and on-site problem-solving.

  • Evaluate and prioritize the event calendar. Partner with the Sr. Events Marketing Manager and sales to assess which conferences and trade shows to invest in, vetting organizers on attendee count, demographics, and ICP fit before committing budget.

  • Run internal prep and communications. Brief stakeholders, coordinate schedules, and make sure everyone knows what to bring, do, and say before they walk in the door.

  • Build and maintain event infrastructure. Own the systems that make the programs repeatable and scalable: tracking spreadsheets, vendor rosters, budget sheets, post-event templates .

  • Execute hosted events and field programs. Own logistics for Pivotal-run networking dinners, roundtables, and regional programming alongside the broader conference calendar.

  • Drive integrated event marketing. Develop pre- and post-event email campaigns, LinkedIn content, and on-site assets that build awareness, drive booth traffic, and support sales follow-up. Maintain a library of evergreen copy and templates that scale across events.

  • Produce event collateral and assets. Brief, create, or coordinate one-pagers, signage, and digital materials — working in Canva or Figma and looping in design support as needed.

  • Pursue thought leadership opportunities. Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to identify speaking sessions, panels, and sponsored content, supporting talking points and materials development.

  • Close the loop on every event. Coordinate post-event lead follow-up with sales, document learnings, and track ROI metrics — because events only matter if they generate pipeline.

 

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B event coordination, field marketing, or a closely related role, ideally at a start up in tech or healthcare. You've run events, not just helped with them.

  • You've been in the weeds. You know what it feels like when the shipment doesn't arrive, the AV fails, and the booth opens in two hours. You've solved those problems and you're not afraid of them.

  • You move without being told to. You see what needs to happen and you do it. You don't wait for someone to write you a task list.

  • Comfortable working directly with sales and senior leadership. You can hold your own in a conversation with an enterprise AE or a VP, and you understand how events connect to a sales cycle with six-figure deal sizes.

  • Proficient in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform, and fluent in spreadsheets, especially budget tracking. You know your way around project management tools like Asana or Notion.

  • Startup-oriented. You're not looking for a playbook handed to you. You're looking to build one.

 

Extra Credit Experience

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare/health tech. You already understand the conference landscape and the buyer.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking event-sourced leads and pipeline attribution.

  • Experience with Figma or Canva for creating or editing event assets without waiting on a designer.
