What this role involves

EBANX is one of the most successful fintechs to emerge from Latin America — and today, we are building a truly global payments company. Our mission has remained constant from day one: to unlock access and enable companies and consumers to participate in the digital economy, no matter where they are.

What started as a bold vision has grown into a platform that connects some of the world’s largest digital businesses with customers across 21 of the fastest-growing markets. We operate where complexity exists — turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building the infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter.

We are a team of builders and problem-solvers. We think globally, act with curiosity, and believe diversity of thought is a competitive advantage.

As EBANX enters its next phase of hyper growth, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of payments, expand what’s possible, and help connect businesses and consumers across borders.

Let’s build what’s next — together.

At EBANX’s Product team you don’t just create features. You develop user-centered solutions that transform the experience of millions of consumers and global companies. Every product decision you make has a real impact on the future of digital payments, combining strategic vision, innovation, and collaboration to make our work truly Out Of The Ordinary.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and evolution of EBANX’s payment solutions in Peru. You will act as the owner of the product — defining its vision, driving its adoption, and ensuring its success in the market. This is a high-impact role that combines product strategy, commercial alignment, discovery, and delivery execution.You’ll lead the expansion and optimization of our payment solutions, connecting merchant needs, business priorities, and market opportunities. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning the product from discovery to adoption, ensuring EBANX continues to lead in the digital payments landscape.

Your day-to-day impact:

  • Define the product vision and long-term strategy for payment solutions, aligning with merchant needs and EBANX’s strategic goals.
  • Act as the voice of the product across the organization, connecting local market dynamics with global product direction;
  • Lead product discoveries to deeply understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation;
  • Partner with commercial, operations, finance, marketing, legal and engineering to develop and deliver scalable, compliant and high-impact solutions;
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery to go-to-market, enablement, and post-launch iteration;
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy for new features or payment methods, including training, positioning, and performance tracking;
  • Monitor product performance (TPV, revenue, costs, margins) and identify levers for growth, optimization, and differentiation;
  • Build business cases to prioritize initiatives and support strategic decision-making;

Must-haves to shine in this role:

  • Proven experience in product management or product strategy, ideally in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech companies;
  • Solid understanding of the payment ecosystem (issuers, acquirers, APMs, schemes, PSPs, settlement, FX, regulations);
  • Strong business acumen — ability to connect product decisions to revenue, cost efficiency, and market impact;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - Portuguese is a plus;
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment;
  • Hands-on experience with product discovery, market research, stakeholder alignment, and backlog management;

Type: Full-time

Reports To: VP of Product & Strategy

Overview

At Togetherwork, we set a high bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While our Product & Strategy leaders own portfolio outcomes, our individual contributors are equally essential, bringing curiosity, precision, and a commitment to excellence to every initiative. We work in deep partnership with Engineering, Revenue, CX, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products that help our customers thrive.

We embrace innovation, including responsible AI usage, to deepen insight, improve execution, and accelerate impact.

This role reflects those expectations: collaborative, data-informed, customer-centered, and grounded in professionalism and positive intent.

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Product Manager to join our Product organization. This role is a true hybrid of Product Manager and Product Owner, with end-to-end accountability for delivery across the full product lifecycle from idea inception through roadmap approval, build, and launch.

Delivery Product Managers at TW operate with a strong bias toward execution while maintaining clear product strategy and customer focus. They typically own smaller product areas or highly strategic initiatives that require close collaboration, strong prioritization, and disciplined delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution and enjoys turning ideas into shipped, measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the full product lifecycle from idea generation through launch and post-launch learning
  • Act as Product Owner for assigned product areas, including backlog ownership, story definition, and sprint readiness
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for delivery
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning processes, contributing roadmaps, scope, and delivery commitments

Product Management & Strategy

  • Translate company and product strategy into clear roadmaps and prioritized initiatives
  • Define product goals, success metrics, and outcomes for owned product areas
  • Gather and synthesize input from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to inform product decisions
  • Balance near-term delivery needs with longer-term strategic investments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, Support, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Communicate clearly and consistently on progress, risks, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure launches are well-coordinated across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Continuous Improvement

  • Use data, customer feedback, and retrospectives to improve product outcomes and delivery processes
  • Identify risks early and proactively partner with teams to mitigate them
  • Continuously refine backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery practices to improve speed and quality

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role
  • Direct experience owning products or features from concept through launch
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with engineering teams
  • Exposure to roadmap planning, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and hands-on delivery owner
  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can align diverse stakeholders
  • Data-informed decision maker with strong prioritization skills
  • Customer-focused, outcome-oriented, and pragmatic

Bonus Points

  • Experience owning smaller or highly strategic product initiatives
  • Familiarity with SaaS, platform, or B2B products
  • Experience working closely with PMO, Delivery, or Program Management functions

Interview Integrity & Use of AI

We value authenticity, expertise, and real-time problem solving during our interview process. Candidates are expected to represent their own knowledge, experience, and thinking without the use of AI-assisted tools.

The use of any AI tools during interviews — including but not limited to real-time scripting, recording, transcription, response generation, or coaching tools, is strictly prohibited. This applies to phone, video, in-person, and technical or case-based interviews.

We are seeking individuals who can clearly articulate their thinking, engage in thoughtful discussion, and answer questions independently. While we strongly value candidates who understand how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly, and who can thoughtfully integrate AI into our products, interviews must reflect the candidate’s own abilities and perspectives.

Any candidate found to be using AI-assisted tools during the interview process will be immediately disqualified from consideration.

Why This Role Matters

The Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance options

100% employer-paid short- and long-term disability

10 sick days annually

10 company-paid holidays

Product Product Designer

Designs and manages product for government tech platform, leading customer research, prototypes, and specs through to shipping while collaborating closely with engineers.

Mid Remote Posted about 9 hours ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves

Hi there :)

Thanks for checking in to find out about our open position. We´ll provide as much information as possible, but please feel free to reach us if you have further questions. We´ll be happy to see your application, even if there are skills you don't quite master!

About us

We partner with high-growth companies to bring elite software engineers from Latin America who are not just technically strong but also AI-fluent and built for long-term partnerships. Our engineers integrate seamlessly into your team, working in your tools, your timezone, and with the same level of ownership your in-house team brings.

About the client

Our client provides cloud-based government management software used by municipalities across the United States. Their platform modernizes how local governments operate, from permitting and inspections to reporting and resident services. They run an AI-native product development model: small pods of strong engineers paired with designers who have real product judgment. No handoff culture. You own the loop.

About the role

You will be designing and managing product for a government tech platform. The work spans the full product cycle: customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final specs through to shipping. Some days you are deep in a customer interview, mapping a confusing workflow. Others, you are writing product intents and acceptance criteria, running a grooming session, or iterating directly in Claude Design or Lovable. AI tools are part of your daily workflow, not an afterthought. You will report to the Director of Product and Design and partner closely with one other hybrid designer/PM to cover the full product surface.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years in product design with meaningful PM experience on top

  • Strong customer research instincts: you know how to run a good interview and what to do with what you learn

  • Fluency in AI design and dev tools (Lovable, Claude, Make or comparable)

  • Proven ability to run a sprint, not just attend one

  • Product instincts grounded in user outcomes, not feature lists

  • Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders, written and verbal

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast

What could set you apart

  • Experience in GovTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software for non-technical buyers

  • Background in government operations or public sector products

Our team

At South Geeks, we work with engineers who take ownership. You will be embedded with the client team, collaborating directly with their engineers and product leaders. Our People Ops team stays close to make sure you have everything you need to do your best work.

What we offer

  • Long-term projects

  • 100% remote work

  • Payment in USD

  • PTO

  • English lessons

  • Technical training

  • WFH budget

  • Career Coaching

This position is open to candidates anywhere in Latin America.

Product Method Grid: Product Manager

Leads product strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS platform, conducting customer discovery, defining requirements, and coordinating cross-functional delivery with design and engineering.

Mid Posted about 9 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Bath, Avon

Background to Role

Method Grid is a scale-up SaaS business with a prestigious client base and serious ambition.

Our platform helps organisations connect knowledge, process and delivery - turning playbooks into live, auditable workflows that teams actually use. From capital infrastructure projects to renewable energy, you’ll see the impact of your work in places where assurance, compliance and repeatable quality really matter.

As we continually develop the product (including a raft of new AI-enabled capabilities), we’re creating this role so you can help us lead of our product function and help us deliver more value, more often.

About You

You love turning messy, real-world problems into simple, useful outcomes. You get close to customers, listen hard and synthesise what you learn into sharp problem statements and measurable goals.

You keep a tidy backlog, make trade-offs clear and write crisp stories and acceptance criteria that teams can act on.

You’re at your best collaborating with Design and Engineering - curious, pragmatic, low-ego - and you use data to guide decisions, whether that’s reading funnels and cohorts or pulling a quick SQL query to answer a question.

You think about quality early - performance, reliability, security and auditability - and you communicate clearly, keeping people aligned with short, regular updates. Experience in B2B SaaS is important; familiarity with assurance/compliance, governance or reporting is a bonus.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our Chief Product and Technology Officer to agree what success looks like, then run lightweight, continuous discovery with customers and colleagues to keep us focused on what matters.

You’ll define simple scope - PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria - so delivery stays clear and fast.

You’ll prioritise the roadmap for impact, effort and risk, keep it honest as things change, and work hand-in-hand with Design and Engineering to ship small, frequent improvements.

You’ll instrument analytics, learn from experiments and iterate quickly. Along the way, you’ll champion non-functional needs and build in the controls and audit trails our customers expect.

When it’s time to ship, you’ll co-ordinate releases, enable the team with “what’s changed”, and loop feedback straight back into the next iteration.

Why Join?

Method Grid is an early-stage SaaS platform with an ever-growing list of impressive customers. We’ve secured significant investment both to accelerate the build of our product and to hire a team of passionate experts to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

It’s going to be an exciting journey. We believe we have a unique product that will only get better.

We celebrate diversity and how it can empower a high-performing team. But the one thing that does unify us is our values. As we grow, we intend to keep our values front-&-centre.

We have a great (and growing) team of co-workers who embody the cultural values of:

  • >Team (highly collaborative)
  • Central Rock (client-centricity)
  • Never Settle (never ending pursuit of excellence coupled with humility to recognise we never get there)
  • Egos at the Door (take our work seriously but not ourselves)
  • Fast Craft (ruthless speed when it comes to product development)

Product Product Designer

Designs and manages product for a government tech platform, conducting customer research, creating specs, and collaborating with engineers using AI-native tools daily.
