Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and drive all daily operational activities within the Payment team.

  • An existing network within the fintech, banking, or payment gateway ecosystem is a major plus.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams (IT/Tech) and customer-facing teams (CS).

The Role

What you will do

  • Own the enterprise lifecycle: Lead the full customer relationship from pre-sales scoping and pilot design through implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Build success plans that map customer goals to measurable clinical and operational outcomes.

  • Build executive partnerships: Earn trusted, long-term relationships across C-suite (CIO, CMO, COO, CEO), clinical leadership, IT, and operations. Tailor your engagement to what each stakeholder cares about.

About This Role

We’re looking for a Staff HR Business Partner to build and own the people strategy for Snorkel’s Data as a Service (DaaS) organization. The DaaS org is a delivery-first team that has more than tripled in size over the last six months, with no signs of slowing. They deliver high-quality data operations and AI deployment outcomes for frontier labs and AI teams.

This org has a unique composition: forward deployed engineers, technical and operations delivery managers, a supply team managing a workforce comprised of multiple worker types at scale, and others. The people challenges here require an HRBP who has seen this kind of complexity before, such as workforce planning across FTEs and contractors, building a high performance culture rooted in delivery outcomes, and keeping a geographically dispersed, operationally complex team connected to Snorkel’s culture.

You’ll partner directly with our DaaS GM and leadership team, and you’ll need to be as comfortable in the operational weeds as you are in strategic conversations. The ideal background is professional services, managed services, or a delivery-heavy tech org. Somewhere you learned to support talent that ships outcomes, not just features.

Key Responsibilities

This role reports into the Senior Director, People Programs & Partnerships, and will focus on:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Adapt and customize company-wide people programs to meet the specific needs of the DaaS organization while preserving what makes Snorkel special.
  • Proactively diagnose and address cultural challenges that emerge during rapid growth, serving as a thought partner to leadership on the people implications of business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role at a rapidly scaling technology company where you’ve navigated hypergrowth, scaling challenges, and ambiguity

  • Experience as an HRBP supporting an exec in a GM model

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This position serves as the sole technical authority for market-level engineering operations and is responsible for the planning, analysis, and independent decision-making that governs broadcast continuity, FCC compliance, and infrastructure strategy across all assigned stations. The Market Engineering Manager exercises independent judgment on matters that directly affect station revenue, regulatory standing, and operational performance, and will personally perform technical work when operational circumstances require.

Essential Functions:

Independent Judgment and Decision-Making

  • Exercise independent judgment to assess, prioritize, and resolve technical failures affecting station broadcast continuity, including real-time decisions during on-air emergencies where delays directly impact revenue and regulatory standing

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimise B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot data.
  • Make data-informed decisions to improve performance and demonstrate contribution to pipeline.

Content & Creative

  • Oversee the production of ad creatives, and write engaging ad copy
  • Assist with the copywriting of long-form content (e.g. blog posts, case studies, email campaigns) aligned to the ICP.
  • Draw on Adzuna’s unique labour market data to produce compelling B2B content.
  • Manage and grow Adzuna’s B2B social presence, primarily LinkedIn.

CRM & Data

  • Own the lead management process in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and reporting.

  • Maintain and grow the prospect database.

  • Produce regular campaign and pipeline reports using HubSpot and Google Sheets / Excel.

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role (in-house or agency).

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Ads, with working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Comfortable working in HubSpot (or a similar CRM) - able to manage campaigns, track leads and pull reports.

  • Able to analyse campaign and CRM data and turn it into clear, actionable insight.

  • Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and data management.

  • Strong copywriting skills - able to write punchy ad copy

  • Ability to produce engaging long-form content in line with our ICP (with support from the wider team)

  • Experience working in a sales-led company with a good understanding of lead generation tactics and the B2B funnel.

  • Proactive and adaptable - someone who can respond well when priorities shift or market conditions change.

Independent Judgment and Decision-Making

Job Description

We have multiple openings for early-career Data Science Engineers to join a team applying machine learning, AI/NLP, and data science to national security challenges. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven capabilities — including large language models (LLM)-based pipelines, knowledge graphs, and intelligent agent prototypes — that advance data and decision sciences for national security. Working alongside senior engineers and domain experts, you will write production-quality code, help build analytical tools and visualizations, and contribute fresh ideas to challenging problems. These positions are in the Computational Engineering Division (CED), within the Engineering Directorate, in support of impactful Global Security Directorate missions.

Depending on your assignment, this position may offer a hybrid schedule, blending in-person and virtual presence. You may have the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week.

You will

  • Under the guidance of senior team members, apply machine learning and data science algorithms to help analyze national security datasets.
  • Contribute to LLM-driven data pipelines for information extraction, entity resolution, and automated analysis of large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Help build and maintain knowledge graphs and graph-based analytics (e.g., graph-RAG) to model relationships across national security domains.
  • Assist in prototyping AI agents and conversational interfaces that allow analysts to query data science capabilities through natural language.
  • Write clean, well-documented code to implement data science solutions, create visualizations, and support analytical tools, following software engineering best practices for version control, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including intelligence analysts, domain scientists, and computer scientists in building research prototypes and capabilities.
  • Contribute to technical reports, internal presentations, and peer-reviewed publications and conference papers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Python programming and software development, including version control (Git), testing, and documentation (through academics, internships, or research projects).
  • Demonstrated experience developing generative AI solutions, such as building applications with LLMs, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning foundation models, or engineering LLM-driven data pipelines.
  • Experience in the space domain, such as space domain awareness, satellite operations, orbital analysis, or applying data science methods to space-related datasets.
  • Sufficient communication and interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment and present technical information to varied audiences.

Qualifications We Desire

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience building LLM-driven workflows for automating question-answering, summarization, or structured report generation.
  • Experience constructing knowledge graphs from extracted entities and relationships and applying graph-based retrieval (e.g., graph-RAG) to enable intelligent querying over complex domains.
  • Experience developing AI agents or chatbot interfaces — using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar — that allow end users to interact with underlying data and models through natural language.

Pay Range

$121,830 - $154,500 Annually

Essential Functions:

Independent Judgment and Decision-Making

This position focuses on tax accounting and reporting for O-I’s global operations with emphasis on non-US entities tax provision calculations. You will also assist with North America compliance and tax planning.

  • Overview global cash tax forecast, preparing quarterly and annual report of cash tax payments

Come join a cross-functional team dedicated to protecting clients and the firm by ensuring trades are supervised, fairly executed, and accurately reported.  You will own the end-to-end best execution and trade surveillance program for the broker-dealer, helping the business meet regulatory expectations while supporting scalable growth.  You will work closely with Trading Desk, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Finance to design controls, analyze execution quality, and resolve complex trading issues.  Your work will turn trading data, venue analytics, and surveillance outputs into clear actions, reports, and process improvements that directly influence senior management decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Ownership: Lead the best execution program while continuously improving the firm’s trade surveillance and best execution frameworks, policies, and procedures including venue analysis, routing reviews, and regular execution quality assessments and reports under FINRA Rule 5310.
  • Trade Management Operations: Manage trade management operations across the trade lifecycle (capture, allocation, corrections, breaks), ensuring accurate and timely processing and recordkeeping.
  • Technology & Systems: Leveraging automated surveillance systems, data analytics, and emerging technologies to monitor and analyze trading activity more effectively. This would include tuning alert logic, managing surveillance platforms, and working closely with engineering.
  • Regulatory Interface: Own trade-and execution-related regulatory reporting (e.g., CAT/CAIS, FINRA trade reporting facilities, and, where applicable, Rules 605⁄606 disclosures).
  • Team Leadership: Coordinating across compliance, legal, and trading desks and reporting to senior management and regulators, while managing a Market Structure and Order Routing Specialist.
  • Policy & Procedure: Ensuring the firm’s written supervisory procedures (WSPs) reflect current regulatory expectations and actual practice. Maintain and enhance written supervisory procedures, management reports, and committee materials that document reviews, decisions, and remediation.
  • Projects: Partner on projects and system changes involving OMS/EMS, surveillance platforms, and data feeds, including testing, calibration, and control design.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • FINRA Series 4,7,24, and 63 (or equivalents).

  • 7-10 years of experience in broker-dealer trade surveillance, best execution, trading operations, or trade compliance.

  • Strong working knowledge of FINRA Rules 5310 and 3110, SEC execution and reporting rules, and broker-dealer supervisory frameworks.

  • Experience with trade surveillance and reporting platforms and OMS/EMS systems, plus strong data skills using tools such as Tableau and SQL or similar analytics.

  • Experience with managing relationships with market managers and counterparties

  • Ability to interpret complex trading and venue data, communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally, and influence stakeholders across trading, operations, risk, legal, and compliance.

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a control mindset, with comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated trading environment and managing competing priorities.

Job Description

We have an opening for an Associate Program Leader (APL) for Supply Chain Security. You will have responsibility for leading the growth, development and execution of a portfolio of work focused on understanding and mitigating national security risks related to disruption of supply chains. Potential disruptions may stem from cyber threats. Additionally, concerns about companies like Huawei and their presence in 5G communication infrastructure serves as an example. Others include more broad gray zone-type threats like China’s dominance of the supply of rare earth minerals. You will be a key member of the Cyber and Infrastructure Resilience Program management team and will be expected to contribute broadly to the leadership and strategic objectives of the program. This position will be in the Cyber and Infrastructure Resilience (CIR) Program within the Global Security Principal Directorate’s Energy and Homeland Security (E) Program.

This position is within the Global Security Principal Directorate’s Energy and Homeland Security (E) Program and will programmatically report to the Program Leader for Critical Infrastructure Resilience. This is a jointly funded position through Global Security and direct programmatic work.

This position may offer a hybrid schedule, which includes the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week, after a probationary period. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options, may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and drive new Supply Chain Security program growth opportunities through interactions with current and potential sponsors and the development of research proposals. Utilize technical expertise to attract and retain projects, programs and funding.
  • Provide direction and technical leadership to the portfolio to ensure excellence in execution of technical work in the program. Maintain and ensure quality standards for deliverables, publications and presentations. Manage the portfolio to achieve established goals and objectives within schedule and budget constraints. Provide solutions to complex problems and establish objectives.
  • Develop an integrated strategy for the Supply Chain Security portfolio that leverages the strengths of the Laboratory and is consistent with the broader goals of the Cyber and Infrastructure Resilience (CIR) and E Programs. Actively participate in strategic planning for the CIR Program.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high quality staff to support the portfolio of projects in collaboration with counterparts, management and matrix organizations.
  • Increase the visibility and impact of LLNL by leveraging existing technology, programs, resources and partnerships to develop new capabilities, new applications or discoveries, resulting in new opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance engagement with current and potential sponsors, industrial and academic partners, technology leaders, and other stakeholders. Enhance the visibility of LLNL work through engagement in appropriate venues and promote LLNL skills, expertise and technologies.
  • Work closely with the CIR Program Leader to ensure coordination across the program. Interface with organization both within LLNL and at other national laboratories and partners, representing LLNL at meetings that require coordination for projects within the CIR Program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional job responsibilities at the SEL.5 level

  • Influence strategic technical decisions made by senior management and external customers. Champion new programs and cultivate relationships with U.S. Government sponsor leadership.
  • Serve as an organization spokesperson to LLNL management and/or external advisor to sponsors and serve on external scientific or technical committees.
  • Lead and develop advancements in cutting-edge principles, theories, concepts, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, physical science or social science, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
  • Significant experience leading the application and development of principles, theories and concepts in a creative and innovative fashion in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure resilience, cybersecurity, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, data analytics and optimization.
  • Significant experience successfully growing programs through proposal writing and sponsor engagement.
  • Significant experience managing and leading a multidisciplinary team, motivating and collaborating with other personnel in achieving project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with other laboratories and outside organizations.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic direction and value propositions.
  • Expert communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills necessary to effectively present, explain, and advise senior management and/or external sponsors regarding technical information and progress within the program.
  • Ability to travel for sponsor and customer interaction.

  • Extensive experience and demonstrated expertise to consistently develop and/or produce cutting-edge technical products and/or principles.

$227,430 - $346,140  Annually
