About the job

We are developing a highly scalable media intelligence platform that processes, analyzes, and structures large volumes of multimedia content across text, image, video, and audio. As a Senior Applied ML Engineer, you will architect and build the core backend systems that power media ingestion, processing workflows, metadata generation, AI-based analysis, semantic search, and retrieval across large media libraries.

We are looking for a Senior Applied ML Engineer who can design, implement, optimize, and evaluate a production-grade moderation pipeline using open-source models.

This role requires deep backend engineering expertise, strong system design capability, and practical experience integrating AI/ML systems into production workflows. You will work on complex media-processing pipelines, video/audio analysis, OCR, speech-to-text, embedding generation, vector search, multimodal model integrations, and high-throughput asynchronous workloads. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define backend architecture, improve reliability and scalability, and guide other engineers in delivering secure, observable, and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & System Ownership

  • Own critical backend components end to end, from system design and API contracts through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

  • Drive architectural decisions across APIs, processing pipelines, distributed compute, storage, search, observability, cloud infrastructure, and model-serving workflows.

  • Design data models and storage patterns for media assets, generated metadata, embeddings, processing jobs, model outputs, search indexes, and audit trails.

  • Design high-throughput media ingestion and processing pipelines for large volumes of video, audio, image, and text content.

  • Build distributed, event-driven workflows for media processing using queues and pub/sub systems such as SQS, Kafka, Pub/Sub, or equivalent technologies.

  • Implement reliable asynchronous processing patterns, including retries, idempotency, dead-letter queues, backpressure handling, and fault-tolerant job execution.

AI/ML Integration & Model Workflows

  • Lead the development and optimization of metadata extraction, content analysis, scene detection, transcription, embedding generation, and multimodal AI inference workflows.

  • Integrate and optimize AI/ML services within backend workflows, including model APIs, embedding pipelines, OCR, speech-to-text, scene analysis, multimodal inference, batching, caching, and fallback strategies.

  • Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, or external model providers to benchmark models, compare quality/latency trade-offs, and safely roll out model upgrades.

Model Serving & Performance Optimization

  • Optimize AI/ML inference workflows for latency, throughput, reliability, and cost across both real-time and batch-processing paths.

  • Work with model-serving systems such as vLLM, Triton, TGI, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or custom inference services to improve batching, concurrency, warmup behavior, timeout handling, autoscaling, and GPU utilization.

  • Evaluate and apply practical model optimization techniques such as quantization, model distillation, batching, caching, prompt optimization, and routing to smaller or cheaper models where appropriate.

  • Design and maintain vector search and indexing systems using technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Elastic Vectors, FAISS, pgvector, or similar tools.

  • Build retrieval workflows that support semantic search, similarity matching, duplicate detection, media discovery, and structured metadata search.

  • Monitor model and system performance in production, including API latency, queue depth, processing time, model error rates, GPU utilization, confidence distributions, drift signals, and cost per processed item.Search, Indexing & Data Retrieval

Infrastructure, Reliability & Observability

  • Deploy and operate systems on AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms, including compute, storage, networking, queues, model-serving infrastructure, and monitoring systems.

  • Ensure system reliability through logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, dashboards, operational runbooks, and incident-response best practices.

  • Preferred Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, and event-driven patterns with SQS, Pub/Sub, Kafka, or other queueing/pub-sub systems

  • Experience deploying production systems on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms

  • Knowledge of infrastructure patterns (compute, storage, networking, observability)

AI/ML Integration

  • Experience orchestrating embedding generation, scene detection, OCR, speech-to-text, image classification, video analysis, and multimodal model integrations.

  • Experience optimizing inference workflows for latency, throughput, reliability, and cost.

  • Experience working with scalable and optimized inference settings, including tuning sampling parameters, managing output‑length formats, and configuring reasoning‑related behaviors.

  • Familiarity with practical model optimization techniques such as batching, caching, quantization, model distillation, prompt optimization, fallback routing, and use of smaller models where appropriate.

  • Experience working with model-serving systems such as vLLM, Triton, TGI, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or custom inference services is preferred.

  • Experience working with LLM and Multi-modal evaluation and benchmarking frameworks and domain‑specific benchmarks with the ability to interpret results and optimize model performance accordingly.

System Design & Architecture

  • Preferred understanding of distributed systems, scaling patterns, and performance engineering

  • Ability to design modular, maintainable, and efficient architectures

  • Experience with API versioning, modularization, and designing long-running workflows

  • Understanding of performance bottlenecks and low-latency backend patterns

\_\_\______________________________

Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time

Compensation:

  • $80K - $130K USD (U.S.-based candidates)
  • $85K - $145K CAD (Canada-based candidates)

We’re Not Looking for Generic Account Leadership. We’re Looking for a Performance Marketing Leader.

Level Agency is hiring an Account Director with deep performance marketing agency experience — someone who knows how to lead client relationships, connect strategy to execution, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You may be a current Account Director at a performance marketing agency. Or, you may have started hands-on in paid media, analytics, or campaign management before moving into account leadership. Either way, you understand what great performance marketing looks like because you’ve worked close enough to the work to know what actually moves results.

You can speak credibly about Google Ads. You understand how media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, websites, CRO, and reporting all connect. You know how to spot issues before they become client escalations. And you’re confident enough to lead a room without making it about your title.

You’re especially strong when the path to conversion is complex — where lead quality, pipeline, sales alignment, landing pages, and conversion journeys matter as much as media efficiency.

This is not a “status call and recap email” role. This is for someone who can connect client business goals to marketing strategy, push back with purpose, and lead a focused book of accounts with depth — rather than spreading their attention across a high-volume roster with limited depth.

This Isn’t for Everyone.

We’re building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and high performance go hand-in-hand.

You’ll thrive here if:

✅ You’ve led client relationships in a performance marketing agency environment.

✅ You understand how modern marketing channels work together — media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, website, CRO, and analytics.

✅ You can speak credibly about Google Ads and paid media strategy.

✅ You care about client business results, not just campaign metrics.

✅ You can lead a focused book of clients deeply, not manage a huge roster shallowly.

✅ Your default is “I’ll handle it,” even when the work sits slightly outside your lane.

And you’ll struggle here if:

❌ Your experience is primarily brand, creative, ecommerce, or DTC without deeper performance agency experience.

❌ You’ve only managed accounts at the surface level across a very large client load.

❌ You need a narrow job description to know what you should own.

❌ You protect scope before you protect the outcome.

❌ You can’t speak credibly about channel strategy beyond talking points.

About Level

We’re an AI-powered performance marketing agency — built for precision, designed to scale, and powered by a scientific mindset. At Level, we blend strategy, media, creative, and machine intelligence to deliver outcomes that matter. Every time. At scale.

We’ve been named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work and an Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Company. Our clients span B2B, education, healthcare, financial services, ecommerce, and more.

Your Role (and Impact)

As an Account Director, you’ll lead performance-driven client relationships across a focused book of accounts. You’ll sit at the intersection of client strategy, marketing execution, internal team leadership, and business impact.

You’ll be the person clients trust to tell them the truth, the person internal teams count on to create clarity, and the person who keeps strategy tied to measurable outcomes.

You’ll:

  • Lead Performance Strategy: Translate client business goals into multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Own Client Relationships: Build trust with senior stakeholders through clear communication, proactive thinking, and sharp strategic recommendations.
  • Connect the Marketing Ecosystem: Help clients understand how paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, websites, CRO, and reporting work together to improve performance.
  • Bring Paid Media Fluency: Speak credibly about Google Ads, paid social, and media performance — even when you’re not the person making every in-platform change.
  • Spot Issues Early: Dig into performance trends, ask better questions, and catch problems before they become client escalations.
  • Push Back with Purpose: Challenge client assumptions when needed — always in service of the performance goal, never ego, scope protection, or control.
  • Manage a Deep Book: Lead a focused portfolio of accounts with enough depth to truly understand each client’s business, performance drivers, and risks.
  • Guide Internal Teams: Partner with media, SEO, creative, analytics, and strategy teams to keep work moving, priorities clear, and outcomes aligned.
  • Tell the Story in the Data: Turn reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis into insights clients can act on.
  • Own the Details: Keep budgets, forecasts, timelines, documentation, and communication sharp and accurate.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years in a performance marketing agency. You have agency experience rooted in performance, paid media, and measurable outcomes — not primarily brand, creative, or ecommerce-only work.
  • Account leadership experience in a performance environment. You are either currently an Account Director at a performance marketing agency or you started in marketing, paid media, analytics, or campaign management before transitioning into account leadership.
  • Google Ads fluency is required. You can speak credibly about Google Ads and understand what to investigate when performance shifts, lead volume drops, or conversion quality changes.
  • Modern marketing ecosystem understanding. You understand how paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, websites, CRO, and analytics connect to drive outcomes.
  • Paid media strategy depth. You understand how media channels work together, especially search and social, and can translate performance signals into strategy.
  • Client leadership experience. You’ve managed client relationships, led strategic conversations, and presented recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Focused account management experience. You’re used to leading a meaningful book of clients deeply — roughly 3 to 8 accounts — rather than spreading your attention across a high-volume roster with limited depth.
  • Experience with meaningful media spend. You’ve worked with clients spending at least $50K/month in media per client; $100K+/month is strongly preferred.
  • Business-first mindset. You talk about revenue, pipeline, lead quality, conversion paths, customer journeys, and business outcomes — not just CTRs, CPCs, and platform metrics.
  • Low ego, high ownership. You’re willing to build the dashboard, chase the answer, clean up the ambiguity, or step into the gap when the team needs it.

Strong Preferences

  • B2B, lead generation, or complex-sale experience. Experience with longer buying cycles, pipeline quality, sales alignment, or non-DTC conversion paths is a major plus.
  • Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, CRM, CRO, or other channel fluency. You don’t need to be an expert in every channel, but you should understand how they work together.
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, education, SaaS, or other considered-purchase verticals.
  • Comfort with dashboards, reporting tools, Google Analytics, and data visualization.
  • Experience mentoring account team members or coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.

AI Expectations

At Level, AI is a skillset — not a shortcut. In this role, you’ll be expected to:

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and Perplexity to improve how you work
  • Share your prompts, process improvements, and ideas with the team
  • Experiment regularly and refine your workflows over time
  • Embrace discomfort as part of the learning process
  • Apply AI tools to increase your speed, clarity, and creativity — not to replace thoughtful work

AI should make you sharper, faster, and more strategic. It should never replace judgment, taste, accountability, or a strong point of view.

Our Core Values

  • No Ego, All In

We don’t do “that’s not my job.” We win together, step in where needed, and care more about the outcome than the org chart.

  • Better Every Day

We want the feedback — even when it stings. We test, learn, adapt, and keep raising the bar.

  • Relentless for Results

Activity is nothing without outcomes. We care about the work that moves the business forward.

  • Driven by Truth

We challenge assumptions, follow the data, and tell clients what they need to hear — not just what is easy to say.

Perks & Benefits

At Level, we support our people across the U.S. and Canada with benefits designed to promote flexibility, wellbeing, and long-term growth.

  • Fully remote across the U.S. & Canada, plus monthly WFH stipend and Summer Fridays
  • Generous time off, including unlimited PTO (U.S.), competitive vacation (Canada), and parental/family leave options
  • Comprehensive health benefits, mental health support, and company-paid disability & life coverage
  • Employer retirement contributions (401(k) in the U.S., RRSP match in Canada)
  • Quarterly performance reviews and career advancement opportunities

Remote First

This role is open to U.S. and Canada residents and is fully remote. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.

Level Is Built on Inclusion

We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Level is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer — we celebrate what makes you, you.

Ready to Apply?

Click below to submit your resume. You’ll also answer a few thoughtful questions, so take your time.

We care more about how you think, how you lead, and how you create impact than whether your path has been perfectly linear.

Let’s build something together.

Peu d’ego, beaucoup d’ownership.

Design Senior Product Designer at Secfix

Senior Product Designer owns features end-to-end from customer research through production, writing specs and collaborating with engineers to ship polished compliance software.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Product Designer @ Secfix

Location: Remote (EMEA) · CET/CEST timezone

Hi — I’m Grigory, co-founder and CTO at Secfix.

How do you feel about owning a feature from the first customer conversation to the version that’s live on production — writing the spec yourself, pairing closely with engineers through the build, and overseeing your design shipped on production exactly the way you designed it? If that sounds like the right shape of the job — designer who owns, not designer who hands off — read on.

I’ve spent most of my career believing the best designers aren’t the ones with the prettiest Figma files. They’re the ones who can frame a problem, write a spec, sit with engineers through the build, and own that what shipped is what they designed. Our founding product designer, Ghada, has been doing exactly that since we started. The engineering team has doubled and we’re shipping faster than we ever have. We’re hiring the second designer because there’s more good work to do than one person can hold — and we’d rather ship twice as much than slow down.

Why Secfix exists

Over 1.78 million SMBs in Europe need to comply with security frameworks — ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, SOC 2 — just to sell to enterprise customers. The process is manual, painful, and takes over a year. We automated it.

Our platform integrates with a company’s full tech stack — AWS, Azure AD, Jira, GitLab, GCP, and more — automatically extracts compliance evidence, and guides teams to certification in weeks instead of months. Our fastest customer certified in 4 weeks instead of the industry-standard 12+ months.

We’ve raised €17M in total (€12M Series A), backed by Alstin Capital, Neosfer (Commerzbank), and Bayern Capital. We’re on a profitable trajectory, growing fast, and building the team that will take us to European market leadership.

This space is not threatened by AI, it’s amplified by it. Compliance requires deep domain expertise combined with automation. Our new AI product (CISO AI) is just getting started, and there’s a huge amount of product design work ahead: agentic workflows, intelligent evidence collection, context-aware policy generation, and more.

What we believe

Compliance software has historically been built like the audit it automates — heavy, defensive, ugly. We’re building something else. The customer is a real person trying to ship audit-ready evidence on a Friday afternoon. The product should respect their time, automate the boring parts, and make the rest feel calm.

Quality is the product. Most of our category competes on feature lists. We compete on craft. A clear empty state, a sync that doesn’t lie, a settings page that holds together at eleven permission tiers — these are the things customers feel before they can name them. Design at Secfix is not what wraps the product. It’s most of what makes it work.

What the role is

We expect strong design skill, strong product thinking, and the ability to hold your own in a technical discussion. You work in a small team — usually with one or two engineers — and pair closely from the first prototype through to production. You own the project from beginning to end.

Alongside the features you ship, you do three things that make everyone else faster:

  • Maintain the components and patterns that make design fast.

  • Own how the team ships. We have no PMs. You write the specs, run the ticketing workflow, keep engineers unblocked.

  • Build the tools and skills — Cursor rules, design QA skills, prompt templates — that let engineers do good design work without you in the room.

The leverage is doing all four well. Doing only one is the wrong shape.

How we work

  • No PMs. Designers and engineers run product. You talk to customers, frame the problem, write the spec, decide what ships.

  • Small temporary teams. You plus one or two engineers per project. Whoever is closest to the problem leads.

  • Design leads the logic, engineering tests feasibility. You bring the V1. Engineers push back on what’s expensive or risky, start ahead with system design. They help spot edge cases. You adjust it fast. We get from v1 to v4 in matter of hours or few days.

  • Prototype-grade, not wireframes. Real components, real states, real copy. Sometimes an LLM-built prototype before Figma. The component library stays current because the speed of design depends on it.

  • Handoff is the beginning, not the end. You’re in the engineering channel. You review the PR. You verify on production. Staging QA is the first gate, not the last.

  • In-sync culture with thoughtful coms mindset. Loom for reviews, Notion for specs, quick loops in Gather where written coms doesn’t cut it, all happening in the same time zone. Team mates are reviewing things quick. Engineers and designers spend under two hours weekly meetings.

  • AI is part of the craft. We use Claude to pressure-test ideas, draft specs, surface edge cases, write test cases. Not to skip thinking.

The first three months

  • Month 1. Ship your first design to production. Get into the codebase, the customer language, the way we write specs. Sit on customer calls.

  • Month 2. Own a full feature end-to-end. Customer conversations, problem framing, Figma, spec, engineer pairing, PR review, production verification.

  • Month 3 and beyond. Push the design system forward. Start building the tools and skills that make engineers faster at design. Improve the product design process. The bar is yours to defend.

Who you are

  • 8+ years designing B2B SaaS desktop applications as Staff/Principal Product Designer or similar. Dense interfaces — tables, filters, permissions, settings pages.

  • You’ve been the only designer, or one of two or three, in companies under 50 people at least once before. You know how to set the bar without a design org behind you.

  • Your portfolio is “I,” not “we.” You can name the engineer you paired with on each feature, the design decision you defended through the build, and what happened when the feature reached users.

  • You communicate clearly and concise in English: in Slack, in docs and on a call.

  • You’re fast in Figma with or without AI. You’re already in a serious relationship with LLMs.

  • You treat engineering feasibility as input, not constraint. When an engineer says “three weeks, here’s why,” you find the version that’s 80% as good and ships next week.

  • You’re comfortable doing product work without the PM title.

  • You hear feedback and come back the next day with something better. You don’t spend the hour in between defending the version that’s already outdated.

Compensation

Salary + equity based on experience. The offered compensation depends on the individual’s qualifications assessed during the interview process.

What we offer

  • Generous equity. Everyone is an owner.

  • 26 days holiday + local public holidays.

  • Comprehensive health insurance.

  • €1,000 annual personal development budget.

  • Remote workspace and co-working budget.

  • Latest equipment.

  • Team summits 1-2x per year. Recent ones: Costa Brava, Austrian Alps, Milan.

  • Local hubs in Munich, Berlin, London. Visa support if you want to relocate.

Interview process

We aim to invite you to a first conversation within a week and give feedback after every stage.

  • Intro call with talent team

  • Portfolio conversation with product designer (~45 min)

  • Take home design exercise and presentation (~3 hours)

  • Virtual team onsite (~2 hours)

Order may flex depending on availability. If you make it to the exercise and don’t get an offer, we’ll tell you specifically what got in the way.

Learn how we think and work

  • How we designed remote culture at Secfix

  • Thoughtful communication at Secfix

  • Building production-grade product with AI in 2026

  • Building what customers need, not what they ask for

  • Our zero-bug policy

  • Crafting quality that endures — Karri Saarinen’s Config talk

We are an equal-opportunity employer and a remote-only company. We hire within EU time zones. We work in sync using Gather as our virtual office and don’t support fully asynchronous work.

  • Continuously evolve Emergent’s DevOps practice by evaluating new tools, patterns, and approaches, and bringing the right ones into the team’s standard playbook.

  • Diagnose and improve existing client systems that may be partially implemented or inconsistently managed, balancing pragmatic delivery with long-term maintainability.

  • Accurately track time and work performed to support client billing, project planning, and overall project health, as part of a professional services delivery model.

  • Strong time management skills to be able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and provide technical support and guidance for other DevOps focused team members.

  • Share your knowledge at regular talk shop and lunch & learn sessions to help build a stronger team.

  • Other related duties as assigned by your manager.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure across compute, storage, and governance

  • Deep networking expertise in Azure, including designing topologies from the ground up (segmentation strategy, hub-and-spoke or virtual WAN, cross-region connectivity, on-premises integration), as well as working fluently with virtual networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, and private endpoints. Comfortable diagnosing connectivity issues across hybrid environments.

  • Strong identity and security fundamentals, including Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, and secure access patterns

  • Advanced experience authoring production Infrastructure as Code, including modular Terraform or Bicep with strong opinions on idempotency, reuse, environment parity, and safe change management

  • Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD pipelines at scale using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable tooling

  • Experience designing disaster recovery and high availability strategies in Azure, including defining RTO and RPO targets, multi-region patterns, and failover testing

  • Experience mentoring engineers, including those transitioning into cloud or DevOps from adjacent backgrounds

  • Comfortable leading client-facing technical conversations, including pre-sales discovery and architecture reviews

  • Previous consulting or professional services experience

Nice to Have Experience

  • Experience leading a DevOps or platform engineering practice at a consulting firm, system integrator, or internal platform team

  • Working directly with customer teams of various sizes, from small businesses to enterprise

  • Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and the deployment patterns associated with it

  • Experience with AKS and Kubernetes in production

  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including secret management, policy as code, and supply chain security

  • Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Global Secure Access patterns

  • Familiarity with third-party observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, or Grafana, which clients may bring into their environments

Security Staff Threat Intelligence Analyst at Huntress

Staff analyst leads threat intelligence research, writes customer reports and blog posts on emerging threats, and collaborates with security teams to uncover and document adversary tactics.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Reports to: Sr. Director of Adversary Tactics

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $190,000.00 to $210,000.00  base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24⁄7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers’ protection.

Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

What You’ll Do:

The Huntress Adversary Tactics team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. We’re looking for someone who wants to pour their creativity into researching, hunting, and uncovering threats in our customer networks. Competitive candidates have experience leading a team of researchers across the threat intelligence cycle. Candidates should also have experience creating Threat Intelligence reports, advocating for product enhancements, and public speaking.

Threat Intelligence Analysts aggregate threat data from the previous month and build out reports for our customers. These reports may also be used for marketing and help illustrate the value of what Huntress provides to customers and the community. Threat Intelligence Analysts are also responsible for writing blog posts and marketing materials regarding emerging threat trends. They also work closely with Security Researchers and Analysts to obtain more context about threat data.

Familiarity with product management, scripting/development, incident response, malware analysis, configuration management, and antivirus technologies is an additional way to differentiate yourself.

As you can imagine, success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. An effective hunter fosters highly collaborative environments between the Product, Marketing, and Security Operations Center teams to accelerate our mission and secure the 99% of businesses that fall below the enterprise poverty line. This collaboration is needed to produce and prioritize a unified technical vision, ultimately delivering our most impactful features and capabilities.

We defend over 5 million endpoints and 11 million identities, and that number continues to grow each month, across tens of thousands of mid-sized and small business customers. Given this market’s tighter budgets, it’s impossible to assign human analysts to each client. The Adversary Tactics team addresses this challenge head-on by providing input to build and scale highly automated efficiencies—often lightly augmented by our Security Operations Analysts—that make intruders earn every inch of their access while maintaining affordability and healthy gross margins.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts research on emerging adversary tradecraft in the identity space (Microsoft 365, Google) to help scope and conduct hunt missions
  • Responsible for aggregating threat data to build out reports for customers to show Huntress’ value, and inform them of various threats that have been seen and reported
  • Responsible for creating reports for marketing to show Huntress’ value to the larger community
  • Promote Huntress’ reputation through media interaction, public speaking, and blogs
  • Works with the Sr. Director of Adversary Tactics, the Security Operations Center, Product, and others to develop the Product and threat operations roadmap
  • Provides technical leadership for some members of the Security teams
  • Supports the professional development of researchers and others in the organization through coaching and mentorship
  • Responsible for enhancing Huntress visibility by ingesting and utilizing IOCs from external threat intel sources
  • Responsible for blog posts and other marketing materials regarding threat trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI in workflows

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Threat Intelligence
  • Experience with SIEM tools for scaled log analysis
  • Familiarity with detection engineering, detection logic, i.e., Sigma Rules
  • Experience researching and scoping threat hunt missions
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, threat actors, and end-to-end threat life cycle, including one or more of the following: digital forensics, malware research, incident response, vulnerabilities, and exploits
  • Experience with 3rd-party intelligence tools, feeds, and reputation services.
  • Experience conducting OSINT gathering and analysis
  • Foundational development experience across multiple platforms (e.g., Windows and/or macOS), C/C++, GoLang, and Python (nice to have)
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and/or macOS subsystems and how they interact both at the user and kernel level (nice to have)

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

Support Customer Success Manager Enterprise at Heidi

Manages end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise healthcare clients, driving adoption, clinical outcomes, and expansion across multi-site deployments.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals, supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

We’re hiring a strategic and commercially astute Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for our most complex and valuable customers.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, or London, you’ll own a portfolio of 3 to 6 large hospital systems, health networks, and strategic healthcare organisations (250+ users each), serving as a trusted strategic partner who shapes deployment strategy, drives measurable clinical and operational outcomes, and expands Heidi’s footprint across multi-site enterprises.

This is a senior role. You’ll work closely with Implementation Specialists and Account Executives from pre-sales through to long-term value realisation, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

What you will do

  • Translate data into action: Synthesise enterprise usage and outcome metrics into clear narratives. Adjust depth and style for IT, ops, and exec audiences. Use data to decide where to intensify training, redesign workflow, or expand.

  • Own commercial outcomes: Lead renewal conversations with strong value narratives. Identify and execute expansion opportunities backed by adoption maturity and outcome data. Partner with AEs to close.

  • Prove value: Build evaluation frameworks for pilots and rollouts grounded in clinical and operational KPIs. Use outcome data to shape multi-year value narratives that strengthen commercial positioning.

  • Orchestrate cross-functionally: Provide concise, complete context to Product, Engineering, Implementation, GTM, and Support. Surface risk early, drive decisions during ambiguity.

  • Shape the playbook: Contribute to the frameworks, tools, and ways of working that turn complex enterprise programmes into scalable, repeatable rollouts.

What we will look for

  • Experience: 5+ years in SaaS customer success or client-facing roles, with at least 3 years managing enterprise accounts (250+ users, high-value ARR).

  • Full-lifecycle ownership: Proven track record across scoping, implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal in complex enterprise environments.

  • Executive presence: Builds trusted relationships with C-suite, clinical leaders, and technical stakeholders. Earns credibility quickly.

  • Change management: Experience leading multi-site rollouts that drive genuine behaviour change and sustained adoption.

  • Commercial acumen: Strong on expansion, complex renewals, and contributing to NRR and portfolio growth.

  • Data-driven: Translates usage patterns and outcomes into strategic insights for customers and internal teams.

  • Communication range: Adapts depth and style fluently from frontline clinicians to board-level executives.

  • Pre-sales comfort: Willing and able to scope deals, design pilots, and run demos alongside Sales.

  • Healthcare a bonus: Familiarity with clinical workflows, hospital systems, or large health networks helps you ramp faster.

1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.

2. Own Your Practice

Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.

3. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

  • Flexible hybrid working, with 3 days in the office

  • Monthly $150 AUD benefit to invest in your physical and mental wellbeing
